Shipping

EU buyers and VAT?

Please note that buyers from the E.U. will be charged VAT on orders at your door or via a request from the relevant Customs office in your country!  This is not our charge, we have no say in how much is charged in your country. We strongly suggest you contact your Customs Office and ask what the charge would be based on the total of your order (the shipping is NOT included in the VAT of your order) only the price of your order.

The USA is not subject to VAT costs. However if you are the rest of the world, always check with your Customs Office before purchasing. If you are sent a charge and it is not paid, the order will be returned to us and your postage will not be refunded!

How much does the shipping cost?

Shipping costs will vary depending on the shipping destination and the number of items that you purchase.

All shipping is tracked both in the UK and worldwide.

How long will it take to ship my order?

Standard Delivery UK orders typically take 2-4 business days to be delivered.

EU orders typically take 4-7 business days to be delivered.

Rest of The World typically take 7-14 days to be delivered.

What do I need to do to change the shipping address?

You can change the shipping address on your account options page or contact us and we will make the changes for you.

Orders

Do you need an account to make an order?

You don’t need an account with us, however having an account does allow you to see a record of your order history and quicker ordering on your next visit.

Alternatively, you can check out as a guest however we do suggest leaving us your email address under the ‘Contact Information’ section on the checkout page so that we can get in touch should we need to.

What is the cut off time when making an order?

If you want Tracked 24 then you need to place your order before 10.30am (GMT) Monday-Friday, we will ship your order on the same day. If you're order is made after 11am for normal and Tracked 24 postage, the order completion will be made the following day and also dispatched that day

Orders placed after 11am on a Friday will not be despatched until the following Monday. If you place your order on a Bank Holiday, it won’t be dispatched till the next working day.

Am I charged import Taxes?

If you purchase from outside of the U.K. there is a chance you might pay Import taxes. Different countries have different taxes and so we cannot say what you might be charged. We advise that you contact the postal service of your country and ask them.

I did not receive my order confirmation email?

Always check your spam or junk email folder on your email account. Also check with your payment method provider to see if the transaction has been confirmed and completed. If you have any further issues please contact us.

What if I need to modify my order?

If you need to modify your order, contact us as soon as possible so we can make the changes for you.

Check the status of your order on your account page to make sure it has not been completed and shipped before contacting us.

How do I check the size measurements?

Our chest sizes are measured armpit to armpit or half chest size in both inches and centimetres.

Please click on the Size Guide Page for a list of all the sizes available.  

Your size is not listed?  No problem just contact us and we will do our best to find the right size for you.

My order is Missing-Damaged-Incorrect - What can I do?

If you’re unlucky enough to receive a faulty or incorrect item or you’re missing something from your order we’re really sorry for the error (it doesn’t happen very often, we promise!)

Please contact us and we will fix it for you, pronto and with the minimum fuss we promise!

Where do I enter the discount coupon code?

The discount coupon code will need to be entered in the Coupon Code box provided in the basket, before you checkout.

Returns

I ordered the wrong size/colour what should I do?

f your purchase was incorrect and it has been received by you, you must re-purchase the item again in the new size/colour and then post the incorrect item back to us at this address .

When the item is safely return we will then refund you the purchase price of that order.

Can I return an item?

Yes you can, we can only accept items returned to us within 30 days from the date your order was dispatched.

All items must be returned in an unworn and unwashed condition and deemed fit for resale.

We do not cover the postage costs for an incorrect size/colour purchase however if we are at fault then we will refund postage accordingly.

As the returned item is your responsibility until it has reached our returns department, we do recommend that you send the parcel using a delivery service that insures you for the value of the goods such as Royal Mail Recorded Delivery. Please send us any tracking information you have. A Royal Mail - Proof of Postage receipt is not accepted. We will only refund when we have the item returned, this is final.

How do I send the return item back?

All you need to do is take your parcel to your local Post Office to arrange for them to send it back to us.

As the returned item is your responsibility until it has reached our returns department, we do recommend that you send the parcel using a delivery service that insures you for the value of the goods such as Royal Mail Recorded Delivery.

As soon as we receive your returned item, we will organise the exchange or refund for you and email you to let you know that this has been arranged.

How long does a return refund or exchange take?

Our returns team process all of our returns the day they’re received, so super speedy!

All our exchange requests are processed and posted back out to you the same day we receive your returned item.
