UK Delivery

Shipping is free on all UK orders.

EU Delivery

• Cost: £12.00
• Timeframe: 4–7 business days

Rest of World Delivery

• Cost: £12.00
• Timeframe: 7–21 business days

Processing time

Orders are processed before dispatch; delivery timeframes above are counted from when processing begins, not from when the order is placed. [If you have a standard processing window — e.g. "orders are processed within 1–2 business days" — insert here.]

Customs and import charges (EU and international orders)

For orders shipped outside the UK, you may be charged import duties, taxes, or customs clearance fees by your local authority on delivery. These charges are outside our control and are your responsibility. We're not able to predict the amount, as it varies by country and order value.

Delays

Delivery timeframes are estimates, not guarantees. Delays caused by customs processing, postal service disruption, or other circumstances outside our control (force majeure) are not something we can be held responsible for, though we'll help track down any parcel that's significantly overdue.

Tracking

All orders are sent with tracked delivery. You'll receive tracking information by email once your order has dispatched.

Missing or delayed parcels

If your tracked parcel hasn't arrived within the expected timeframe, contact us at info@welovetees.co.uk with your order number and we'll investigate with the carrier.
