Making an order with us

2.7 – Product images are illustrative. Your item may vary slightly from the image and won't include any pictured accessories unless stated in the product description.

2.8 – We try to display product colours accurately, but can't guarantee your device will render them exactly as they appear in person.

2.9 – If we discover a pricing error after you've ordered, we'll contact you to reconfirm at the correct price or cancel and refund you in full.

2.10 – Where applicable, prices include VAT.

2.11 – Delivery charges are shown before you complete your order.

2.12 – You'll pay in full at the time of ordering, using our secure payment facilities.

2.13 – Once confirmed, changes to your order may not be possible, particularly after dispatch.
